Aviation Insurance Brokers was founded in 2013 by Robert Lilljedahl, a professional pilot. Since our business’s establishment, we have been dedicated to getting the best insurance coverage for the following clients:
Our Founder
In 2009, Robert Lilljedahl began his career in insurance in his hometown, Austin, TX. He pursued this path after he graduated from Oklahoma State University. Now, Robert is a pro-pilot type rated in multiple jets such as the Phenom, Premier, and CJ. He optimized his knowledge of risk management and combined it with his experience in aviation. His goal is to help clients in navigating through the complexity of insurance.
When he is not working, you can find him on his YouTube channel, where he posts videos of his jet flights for people to enjoy.
Our Principal Partner
Jordan Barley is from Brady, TX, and is an alumnus of the University of Texas. Since she joined us as our company’s principal partner in 2019, she has brought a lot of strengths to our team that greatly helped in expanding the business. She did this by offering more services, such as aircraft loans and brokerage to allow our clients to refinance their business. In this year’s fall season, she will study at the South Texas College of Law.
Todd Duesler
As the newest member of our team, Todd Duesler brings his vast aviation experience along with him. He is a native of Beaumont, Texas and an alumnus of Baylor University. Todd is currently an Airbus pilot at a legacy airline and has experience in a wide variety of aircraft ranging from single-engine general aviation planes to Boeing 767s, and everything in between.
